Hello,
If a account is caught breaking the ToS of Darkeden Europe & US, the account will face the penalty.
it don't matter who were using the account at the time. It's your responsibility as the account owner to make sure that your account information is safe, if you share it with someone else and they use the account to break the ToS then it's ultimately your responsibility.
This has been updated in the terms of service.
